Delivery Information


Standard Delivery

Orders are shipped via DPD with tracking.

Order cut-off time for next day delivery services is 1pm (UK time).

Orders placed after 1pm will be treated, for the purposes of delivery, as having been placed the next working day.

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) 

Therefore any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

You may, when placing your order online, specify a different delivery address than your payment address if that is more convenient for you.

All delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Ensure your parcels arrive by 10:30am or noon the next working day.


For parcel delivery in the UK orders before 1pm receive the following working day.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery

UK only weekend get parcels by 10:30, by 12 or next day delivery on Saturdays,

and our Sunday Service is an industry-first, nationwide Sunday service.

Please Note

  • Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
  • Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
  • We advise you to group your items in one order.
  • We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
  • Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
  • Please inspect your goods external packaging upon delivery for any signs of damage & state so when signing.
  • Products are amply wrapped and your items are well-protected.

Order Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will also not be refunded

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@prosportmedals.co.uk

We must be notified of any breakages or claims within 24hrs of you receiving your goods!

Please always check your goods upon delivery to ensure they have not been damaged in transit.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that have been signed for ‘in good condition’ to be later found damaged.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should contact us on sales@prosportmedals.co.uk

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to be received & processed may vary.

Please allow for up to 7 working days for returns to be processed.
